Without any comments pro or con on Windows 10 upgrade, I dropped off my laptop with the Geek Squad today after having it sabotaged while attempting said upgrade. When it comes back home, I cannot say.
I’m currently infringing on my husband’s computer time by borrowing the use of his. Thanks to him for allowing me to let you know I’ll be “out of the office” all week.
Therefore, no posts, no social media, no newsletter this week. I have lots to share with you when I return–knowledge gained at a writing conference, progress on the book, and more.
Until then, happy blogging!
So sorry, Sherrey. Though I have had plenty of other technological challenges, Windows 10 is not one of them as I have a MacBook Pro. Best wishes on resolving the issues. I have heard whisperings from others on Facebook about snafus in this upgrade though.
I look forward to hearing about your book progress, Sherrey. It’s definitely a marathon, not a sprint!
Marian, I’m back! My computer’s back and alive! These last few days were like living a bad dream what with a writing conference, no computer, problems to sort out even after the computer came home, etc. Stand by for a post sharing the entire ordeal! Thanks for reminding me it’s a marathon, not a sprint!
I completely identify with your frustration, Sherrey. I’ve been migrating my website from one server to another and my WP theme from one to to another. Lots of glitches along the way.
“This too shall pass” is sometimes my favorite Bible verse. 🙂
Misery loves company, they say, but I’d rather you not be miserable with computer woes. Many days I turn to the verse, “This too shall pass.” Great comforter! As is Jeremiah 29:11.
