    No Place Like Home

    Judy Garland, as Dorothy in the movie, The Wizard of Oz, uttered these words to her dog, Toto.  And she clicked her ruby-red slippers together in hopes of returning home. I had no ruby-red slippers today, but returning home felt oh so good.  We’ve been away for almost three weeks due to a family member’s illness and death.  Coming home was comforting. I have missed writing and blogging, and over the course of the next few days I hope to get back up to speed.  Processing our grief and returning to our normal pace will take a while yet.
